Dr. Lee George Lam

Dr. Lee George Lam has over 30 years of international experience in general management, strategy consulting, corporate governance, direct investment, investment banking and fund management across the telecommunications/ media/technology (TMT), consumer/healthcare, infrastructure/real estates, energy/resources and financial services sectors.

He is Chairman – Indochina, Myanmar and Thailand, and Senior Adviser – Asia, of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets of Macquarie Group of Companies with which he has been since early 2007. Dr. Lam also serves on the board of directors, the investment committee and the advisory committee of a number of publicly-listed companies, investment funds and NGOs in the Asia Pacific region. He is the Honorary Chairman – Asia Pacific of ICMA Australia, an Honorary Fellow of CPA Australia, a Board member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Macau, a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong (and formerly a member of the Hong Kong Bar), a member of UNESCAP Task Force on Banking and Finance, a member of the Derivatives Market Consultative Panel of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), Chairman of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Hong Kong, and President of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation.
