Members are free to browse, read and undertake research in the premises; but the borrowing of any book or publication is not permitted, unless it is for an ICMA Approved Research Project.

Note that all ICMA members have full access to the Institute’s vast online library services specialising in Strategy, Accounting, Marketing, Business Analysis and Risk Management.

The Library can be reserved by members for running small training sessions face-to-face or via Zoom. It is equipped with an electronic screen, webcam and integrated sound system.

The seating capacity in the room is 10 persons.

The Library can be reserved for 2 hours a month at no cost to members. After the first two hours, it can be reserved at $50 per hour for members during the hours 9am-5pm.

The cost for non-members is $100 per hour.

Boardroom

The ICMA Boardroom be reserved by members for running meetings face to face or via Zoom. The seating capacity in the room is 10-12 persons.

The Boardroom is equipped with an electronic screen, webcam and integrated sound system.

The Boardroom can be reserved for 2 hours a month at no cost to members. After the first two hours, it can be reserved at $50 per hour for members (in 2-hour blocks) during the hours 9am-5pm.

The cost for non-members is $100 per hour (in 2-hour blocks) during the hours 9am-5pm.

The Boardroom can also be reserved after-hours, i.e. 5pm to 9pm (in 3-hour blocks) at $100 per hour for members and $150 per hour for non-members.

Training Room

The ICMA Training Room can be reserved by members for face to face classes. The seating capacity in the room is 35 persons, with movable desks to configure the room as required. A hot-water urn is provided, but user must supply their own coffee and tea and cups.

The Training Room has a stage and overhead projector, a white board and flip chart.

The Training Room can be reserved for 3 hours a month at no cost to members, if available.

After the first three hours, it can be reserved at $100 per hour for members (in 3-hour blocks) during the hours 9am-5pm.

The cost for non-members is $200 per hour (in 2-hour blocks) during the hours 9am-5pm.

The Training Room can also be reserved after hours, 5pm to 9pm (in 3-hour blocks) at $150 per hour for members and $250 per hour for non-members.
